This home owner had a large under-used garden space and needed significant funds to extend and repair their existing property.

We achieved planning for The Croft House in 2019. It's the project that gave us our name. It increased the value of the land significantly, enabling  the title to be split and the land sold to fund the owners repair and extension works.
